- Take Rt 30 East (Lincoln Hwy) to Rt 41
- Turn Right on Rt 41. Go 9.1 miles to Rt 10 (Limestone road) Traffic Light
- Turn Right on Rt 10.
- Go .1 mile on Rt 10 and turn left on Daleville road (no traffic light or stop sign)
- Go 1.4 miles on Daleville Road and turn right on Faggs Manor Road (no stop sign)
- Go 1 mile on Faggs Manor road to Street Road/926(stop sign)
- Turn right onto Street Road/926. Manor PCA Church will be on your immediate right. Parking on the left.

From North:

- Take Rt 1 south to Rt 41 (avondale) exit
- Turn right onto GAP NEWPORT PIKE / PA-4
- Go 3.9 miles and turn SLIGHT LEFT onto STREET RD / PA-926
- Go 2.4 miles - Manor PCA Church on your right; parking on the left.

From South:

- Take Rt 1 north to Rt 41 (avondale) exit
- Turn right onto GAP NEWPORT PIKE / PA-4
- Go 3.9 miles and turn SLIGHT LEFT onto STREET RD / PA-926
- Go 2.4 miles - Manor PCA Church on your right; parking on the left.
